Following an initial site visit, Carl and his team quickly completed a survey and plan from which our engineer was able to complete the design.  We then received a quotation and programme, and the project was completed without any variation to either.
We are very pleased with the quality and found the whole contract and process to be seamless and pleasantly conducted.
